The Suhr Reactive Load offers a seamless solution to capture the warmth and dynamics of your sound without the hassle of miking a speaker cabinet during live performances or recording sessions.

Designed to replace your speaker cabinet in the signal chain, the Reactive Load provides an 8Ω load for your tube amplifier (up to 100 watts) while generating a balanced and unbalanced signal for interfacing with recording devices, effects, and power amplifiers.

With the Suhr Reactive Load, you can effortlessly connect your amplifier to your computer audio recording interface, utilizing your existing library of speaker impulse responses (IR) for an incredibly realistic direct recording experience.

Unlike traditional resistive load boxes that alter tone, dynamics, and response, the Suhr Reactive Load mirrors the reactive impedance curve of a real speaker, ensuring that your amplifier's tone, dynamics, and touch sensitivity remain unaltered.

Dedicated to delivering uncompromising performance, the Reactive Load does not include speaker emulation, allowing you to use your preferred speaker-sim or impulse response while benefiting from your amp's natural response.

Featuring a balanced or unbalanced line level output, the Suhr Reactive Load is optimized for 8-ohm amplifier outputs and includes a THRU jack for connecting a physical speaker cabinet, bypassing the internal load if desired.
