From his time with instrumental ensemble Snarky Puppy to countless studio sessions and his acclaimed solo work, Mark Lettieri knows a thing or two about guitars. Amid their constant journey to innovate the electric guitar, PRS decided to tap into Mark's vast experience and knowledge, a collaboration that resulted in the Fiore. Directly developed with Mark, and incorporating many of his preferences, the PRS Fiore (Italian for "flower") marries a stunning new double-cut design with top-notch electronics to produce a road-ready workhorse capable of a wide range of sounds. Bolted onto a maple neck, the Fiore's swamp ash body delivers excellent resonance and sustain, while its silky-smooth maple fingerboard is perfect for playing styles of all kinds. Many PRS loyalists love the newly designed Fiore pickups in the HSS configuration, as well as the universe of tonal potential accessible via its 5-way blade switch and push-pull knobs. For an added personal touch, a custom "Fiore" logo truss rod cover sits at the headstock, which was designed by Mark's mother.

High-quality tonewoods will bring out the absolute best in your playing, starting with a lightweight and resonant swamp ash body that offers defined lows, sweet highs, and incredible sustain. The bolt-on maple neck is perfect for producing a bright, snappy "zing," and it's durable enough for serious gigging. Everything from elegant chords to furious solos is possible with the Fiore's fast-playing maple fingerboard, and the instrument's relaxing neck profile allows for longer sessions and greater playing comfort.

Meticulously voiced by Mark Lettieri, the new PRS Fiore pickups imbue incredible tonal versatility into an HSS configuration, ideal for a wide variety of playing styles and genres. The Fiore humbucker in the bridge is primed and ready to explode in high-gain settings, with a smoothened high-end ideal for exquisite clean playing. Both Fiore single-coil pickups work exceptionally well together, exuding balance and beauty that reacts to your playing for an added unique touch. A 5-way blade switch and push-pull controls unlock even more tone shaping options, guaranteeing you'll dial in your perfect sound.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials. Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to finalize a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@irvineartandmusic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items approved for return may be subject to return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund balance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to report any defects, wrong order, or damage to the shipped order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used Instruments.
  • Books, Tubes, Stylus Needles, Harmonicas, Ear Worn Items, Wood or Plastic Recorders, Mouthpieces, Opened Strings, Reeds or Fog Fluid.
  • Special and Custom Order merchandise (items that are not shown on irvineartandmusic.com or regularly stocked by Irvine Art and Music) may be paid in full on order and cannot be cancelled unless cancellable at the manufacturer and cannot be returned unless defective
  • We reserve the right to deny return privileges to abusers of our policy, including those making excessive returns or returning abused and altered items.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

We will gladly special order your item should we not have it as a regularly stocked product, subject to the following policies.

  • All special orders are subject to at least a minimum of a 25% Deposit at the time of order. 
  • NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise.
  • Special order items and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery of any special order.  We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your item to come in to best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee a lead time in any case.

Customers will be asked to sign a form acknowledging our special order policies and that they have reviewed the order for accuracy.
