The Big Single is considered by Nordstrand to be the "tonal giant" of their pickup offerings, and Ibanez has spec'd a pair of these aggressive-sounding single-coil monsters for the SR2600. Along with Ibanez's Custom 3-band EQ, which gives you control over boost/cut for bass, mid, and high frequencies, a mid-frequency switch to fine-tune your midrange, and an EQ bypass, this bass guitar offers superb electronics that will get you the desired tonal texture for your music in no time. The SR2600 features a custom neck joint for enhanced sustain and playability. The asymmetrical 4-bolt neck joint provides more contact between the neck and body for greater stability, vibrational transfer, and sustain, and it also gives you a smooth, tapered neck heel for unrestricted high-register access. This, along with the Mono-rail 5 bridge specified by Ibanez, enhances definition and sustain. Unlike single-body bridges, each Mono-rail saddle is completely separate from the others, preventing unused strings from ringing and allowing energy to transfer efficiently between the string and the body. Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to finalize a return.

Items approved for return may be subject to return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund balance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Special and Custom Order merchandise (items that are not shown on irvineartandmusic.com or regularly stocked by Irvine Art and Music) may be paid in full on order and cannot be cancelled unless cancellable at the manufacturer and cannot be returned unless defective
  • We reserve the right to deny return privileges to abusers of our policy, including those making excessive returns or returning abused and altered items.

We will gladly special order your item should we not have it as a regularly stocked product, subject to the following policies.

  • All special orders are subject to at least a minimum of a 25% Deposit at the time of order. 
  • NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise.
  • Special order items and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery of any special order.  We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your item to come in to best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee a lead time in any case.
